Asotin County Sheriff's Office Sgt. Dan Halley discusses challenges with lack of law enforcement training and the victim trauma response. Sgt. Halley investigates sexual assault, domestic violence and homicide for Asotin County, in addition to other cases. He is a respected national trainer on a variety of power-based violence, ranging from victim trauma to dynamics of dating and domestic violence.
