Ranked in the Top 50 Best for Veterans

The University of Idaho was ranked 41st out of all four-year institutions of higher education in the "Best For Vets, Colleges 2013" ranking by Military Times. This ranking included acknowledgements of the University's Yellow Ribbon Program participation, relaxed residency requirements, acceptance of ACE credits, and our Veterans Assistance Office on campus.

We are a campus dedicated to helping veterans find a home on our campus and dedicated to connecting them with the right tools so they can succeed. We understand that the needs of our veteran population are different than those of other student populations and we are committed to creating a support structure that embraces those needs.
