There are now hundreds (if not thousands) of web sites focused on job listings, careers, personality, and listings of universities. Listed below are a few sites that may be helpful in some way. - What Color Is Your Parachute? - Here you will find up-to-date information about which sites Dick Bolles thinks are most helpful, from among the multitude of resources on the Internet, with links to take you directly to those sites, if you choose. The Guide is free, presented as part of a service to job-hunters and career- changers all over the world.
- The Monster Board - As the name suggests, The Monster Board is the 900-pound gorilla of career sites, with 50,000 nationwide job listings, plus a résumé database and sundry other delights. As with most career sites, it's free for job-seekers, but costs for employers or recruiters.
- U.S., Canadian, and Worldwide listing of universities - A great listing of universities, with links to their home pages.
